Canada, the US and Mexico have reached a new trade deal – to replace the North America Free Trade Agreement, or NAFTA, that the US president dismissed as a disaster.
Donald Trump blamed the 24-year-old NAFTA deal for the loss of American manufacturing jobs.
The new deal, the United States-Mexico-Canada Agreement (USMCA) will still need to be ratified by legislators in all three countries.
