Shares in Amazon reached a record high on Friday, surging on optimism over holiday sales.
The founder, Jeff Bezos, is now reportedly worth more than $100bn.
But those employed by the online store to deliver goods are not doing as well.
Some say they’ve had their pay cut by a third, without any explanation.
