The NCAA Wants to Shut Down An Athletes YouTube Channel for An Insane Reason

Donald De La Haye is a kicker for UCF and also a YouTuber with 56,000 subscribers. Recently, the NCAA gave him the option of either continuing to be a student athlete with UCF and shut down his YouTube channel or stick to YouTube and abandon his scholarship. The reasoning is absurd, especially given the money hungry NCAA who has profited immensely off student-athletes but is in no way interested in giving back. The NCAA feels that De La Haye is doing this to promote his brand, which he is profiting off of, which is against the rules…
